I am so excited to introduce you to my blog!! Bear with me while I figure it all out…

There is going to be a lot to come so watch this space. A big shout-out to the boys at YES for making my site so beautiful! We aren’t totally finished but I was too excited to share it with the world, so I jumped the gun and launched it. Plus this great piece came out in the Times today so I thought it was only appropriate.

    Just working through your delicious book “The whoopie Pie Book”….I have made “Queencakes”=cupcakes all my life using ordinary butter which contains salt..what is the theory behind using unsalted butter…I’m fascinated!!
